National Day at Padang!

I had a blast today! Even though only 12 councillors went, but with a camera and our JJ spirit, we still had an enjoyable time! :)

Went to meet Rab and Clare earlier as we wanted to go buy some food before heading for Padang and find a place to sit first. Rab went to City Hall to wait for the rest while Clare and I went Padang. We almost got lost! But in the end, due to the fact that we didnt have any tickets, we had to settle outside, but still on the field though. However, most of the fireworks were blocked by those gianormous trees! Disappointing!

Soon the rest came with lots of junk food. Chatted, ate and sang at the top of our lungs. It was an especially touching moment at 8.22 whereby everyone took the pledge together.

We stayed back for a while to take lots of random shots. Came to reaslied that Jia Cheng can do really good jump shots!
